As a former officer in the Jamaica Defence Force and a certified Aviation Security Manager, he has managed over 400 security personnel, implemented large-scale safety protocols, and coordinated operations with major institutions such as the Tourism Product Development Company, the Jamaica Constabulary Force, and international diplomatic agencies.
